Cheese rolls with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti

Cheese rolls with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti
Ingredients
fresh or non-ripened goat cheese 200 g
thinly sliced smoked bacon 8 slices
chive
olive oil 2 table spoons
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti 1 tea spoon
endive
salt and pepper

Preparation
Divide cheese in 16 portions. If you have chosen roll-shaped cheese, cut it into nibbles. If the cheese is soft, roll it on your wet hands to form some balls. Cut the bacon slices in two halves. Chop the chive and sprinkle it on a dish with some salt and pepper. Roll the balls in the mix; prepare more mix, if needed. Wrap the half bacon slice around the ball. Tie the chive around the roll or close it with a toothpick. Wash and dry the salad and place it in 4 small dishes. Warm the oil in a medium-size pan on high heat and, when hot, put the rolls in it. Brown them evenly for approx. 2 minutes. Take the rolls out of the pan and place them on the salad. Turn off the stove. Pour some spoons of water in the grease, when still hot, and let it sizzle. Add the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti and dress the salad
