Chicken breast with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti
Ingredients
4 medium-size chicken breasts
garlic 1 clove
1 bay leaf
a twig of rosemary
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti 1 table spoon
salt, pepper and oregano

Preparation
Fry slightly the oil, bay leaf, rosemary and garlic. Lay the chicken breast and cook it until golden brown. Add the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti, dust with oregano and pepper.
