Chicken with garlic and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti

Chicken with garlic and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti
Ingredients
chicken 1 kg
olive oil 4 table spoons
garlic 3 cloves
2 onions
2 sliced carrots
chopped parsley
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti 2 tea spoons
some sliced champignon mushrooms
chopped bay leaves
sliced celery 200 g
chicken broth 500 g
dry white wine 1 glass

Preparation
Set the oven at 220 °C. Lightly fry the chopped chicken on both sides in the olive oil. Remove from the pan and place in an oven-proof dish. Cook the onion and garlic in a pan until golden brown. Add the carrots, parsley, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti, mushrooms, bay leaves and celery. Cook for 5 minutes. Mix it with the broth and wine and pour on the chicken. Cook in the oven for approx. 1 hour and a half.
