Ingredients
300 gr of pizza dough
12 cherry tomatoes
1 mozzarella cheese
1 onion
4 teaspoons of Ponti Pesto Rosso
basil leaves
extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190° C. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add onion. Remove seeds from the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, add them to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Chop mozzarella cheese. Shape the dough into fl at disks (5 cm diameter) and put them on a lined baking sheet. Put on each ½ teaspoon of Ponti Pesto Rosso, 1 half cherry tomato and 1 mozzarella chop. Bake for 15 minutes, cool for a few minutes before serving and garnish with basil leaves.
