Peaches baked in the oven with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti
Ingredients
5 peaches
Amaretti biscuits 100 g
1 egg
sugar 1 table spoon
toasted almonds 1 table spoon


INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE:

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti 3 table spoons
sugar 1 table spoon

Preparation
Wash the 4 peaches, cut them into halves, remove the pits and enlarge the cavity with a spoon. Put the amaretti biscuits and the almonds in the blender bowl, process for 30 seconds and pour the mix in a bowl. Add the egg, sugar, the pulp of the fifth peach (mashed with a fork). Mix well and pour in the cavity in the centre of the peach. Cook in the oven, pre-heated at 200°C for 15 minutes. Blend the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti with sugar and pour on the peaches, immediately after taking them out of the oven. Let them cool down and serve warm.
