Ingredients
cooked ham 100 g
I Cetriolissimi Peperlizia
mayonnaise 40 g
brandy
whole wheat crackers

Preparation
Mince the ham very thinly. Add mayonnaise and a few drops of brandy. Mix well. Slice the cucumbers. Lay the cucumbers on the crackers and spread the ham mousse on it.
