Ingredients
1 young chicken
1 white and 1 red onion
oil
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti
butter
Vialone nano rice
hot broth

Preparation
Brown the chopped onion in a saucepan, add the chopped chicken and cook it until golden brown. Add the rice and the broth and some Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti. When finished cooking, garnish with some Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti aged in barriques for 3 years.
