Ingredients
spinach 120 g
ricotta or another fresh cheese 60 g
peeled nuts


INGREDIENTS FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti 25 ml
salt
white pepper
extravirgin olive oil 30 ml
1 egg yolk

Preparation
Arrange the spinach (washed and dried) in the plate. Add the fresh cheese and the nuts. Dress with the vinaigrette just prepared.
