Tuna fish bundles with barley marinated in Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti
Ingredients
tuna fish fillets 300 g
barley 150 g
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti 0,25 dl
water 0,25 l
salt
white pepper grains
1 small onion
basil 20 g
shelled and peeled almonds 30 g

Preparation
Thinly slice the tuna and prepare a marinade with the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti, pepper grains, the sliced onion and water and let the fish marinade for a couple of hours. Boil the barley in salty water for one hour, drain it, let it cool down and add some salt, pepper, the basil and the coarsely chopped almonds. Remove the tuna from the marinade, add salt and pepper and form some bundles with the barley. Serve on a salad bed dressed with extra-virgin olive oil.
