Warm apple strudel with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti ice-cream
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR THE STRUDEL:

puff pastry 250 g
3 apples
sugar 15 g
apricot jam 30 g
cookies 20 g
1 egg
pine seeds 20 g


INGREDIENTS FOR THE ICE CREAM:

vanilla ice-cream 280 g
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti 20 ml

Preparation
Peel and chop the apples. Mix the apples with sugar, jam, crumbled cookies and pine seeds. Lay the puff pastry and place the apple mix in the middle. Brush the puff pastry edges with the beaten egg and fold it. Finally brush the strudel with egg and bake at 190°C. Let the strudel cool down and dust it with icing sugar. Add the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti to the ice-cream and whisk until it gets creamy. Serve the warm strudel with the cream.
