Ingredients
n.16 Zero Olio Pepper and Lemon Artichokes Ponti
60g White Flour
2 dl Ponti Fine Herbs Wine Vinegar
30g Honey
Deep frying oil

Preparation
Coat the Zero Olio Pepper and Lemon Artichokes with white flour and deep fry them in very hot oil. Mix honey and Ponti Fine Herbs Wine Vinegar. Serve the Zero Olio Pepper and Lemon Artichokes with the flavoured honey sauce
