Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti
extra-virgin olive oil
Toast the bread, rub the garlic on it and add a pinch of salt. Place the thinly sliced Parmigiano on the warm slices and sprinkle some Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti on them. Let them stand for a few seconds and add oil.
