pork loin 320 gINGREDIENTS FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:
Fine Herbs Flavoured White Wine Vinegar 60 ml
Extra-virgin olive oil 40 ml
minced green pepper in brine 4 g
Diced the pork loin. Sauté the meat in a non-stick pan leaving it medium-rare.
Place the pork bites in a bowl and dress with the vinaigrette.
Leave them to marinate for two hours before serving.
