potatoes 240 g
chives
INGREDIENTS FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti 30 ml
salt
extravirgin olive oil 30 ml
mustard powder 2 g
Preparation
Cook the potatoes in boiling & salted water.
Once cooked, leave potatoes cool down.
Peel and slice them.
Thinly mince the chives .
Garnish the potatoes with minced chives and dress with the vinaigrette just prepared.
