Superfino Arborio rice 320 g
scallion
dry white wine
meat broth
1/2 apple
milk cream

Parmigiano Reggiano
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti

Preparation
Brown the scallion in olive oil, toast the rice and add the dry white wine. Cook the risotto in the meat broth; when half done, add the peeled and chopped apple and the milk cream. When finished cooking, add the butter, Parmigiano Reggiano and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Ponti.
