buffalo mozzarella 3 (approx. 350 g)
cherry tomatoes 200 g
fresh basil 30 g
salt and pepper
Ponti Gastronomic Glaze
Cut mozzarella into big cubes and the tomatoes into halves. Place the mozzarella in the centre of the plate with tomatoes all around. Add salt and pepper. Garnish with basil and add some Ponti Gastronomic Glaze.
