The gender equality certification, issued by the international organization SGS, is another important milestone in our journey of continuous improvement —a journey that defines our approach to the future of our work community. It serves as the necessary foundation for fostering innovation, enhancing the well-being of our employees, and achieving excellent results.
We closed out 2023 with significant results: we closed the gender pay gap with a +0.7% increase in favor of our female employees —who make up over 40% of our workforce—but we won’t stop here; we’re already looking ahead.
