Modenaceti Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I. is obtained from the best wine vinegar and high quality grape must. Matured in wooden barrels, the result is a superbly balanced, intensely sweet and pungent Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I. that’s ideal for daily use. Perfect on salads and all types of meat, fish and vegetable dishes. Acidity 6%.
