Our Modenaceti Glaze is intensely aromatic and sweet because it’s enriched with the traditional flavour of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.. This is because the two main ingredients are cooked and concentrated grape must and high quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.. There are no added sugars or artificial ingredients. It can be used on meat, chicken or fish, and is also an excellent addition to your desserts, strawberries, fruit salads and ice-cream.
