In this well-balanced blend of soy sauce, high quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. and cooked grape must, the natural sweetness of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. contrasts pleasantly with the saltiness of the soy sauce, creating a condiment that’s different from all the rest. There are no added sugars or artificial ingredients. Excellent with sushi, dumplings, grilled meat, grilled fish and vegetables.
