This product is obtained from the skilful acetification of cooked grape must with wine vinegar; its flavour is refined through a process of ageing in oak casks, resulting in its unique sweet and sour taste. It is particularly recommended in the preparation of grilled meat and fish and cooked vegetables.Acidity 6%.
