INGREDIENTS

160g Any kind of Short Pasta
About 185g Zero Olio Button Mushrooms – 1/2 jar
About 50g Pitted Large Green Olives – 1/4 Jar
5g Basil
Salt
Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.

PREPARATION

Boil the pasta in salted water.
Drip the pasta and dress it when it’s still warm, with the Pitted Large Green Olives chopped, and with the Zero Olio Button Mushrooms, the basil, peppere and extra virgin olive oil.
Serve with some drops of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.
