n.16 Pepper and Lemon  Zero Olio® Artichokes
300g Fresh anchovies
Bread n.3 slices
Thyme
Garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

PREPARATION

Clean and cut the anchovies in fillets.
Spice the fish with salt and pepper.
In a round mold put the Pepper and Lemon  Zero Olio® Artichokes in the middle and the anchovies on sides.
Whisk the bread with garlic, with thyme and the extra virgin olive oil.
Put the flavoured bread on the pie and cook in a hot oven (220°C) for few minutes.
