Wash and clean fruits and vegetables and place them separately in a bowl.
Dress with Ponti Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I. and orange citronette.
Carefully wash mixed lettuce and place it in a bowl.
Cut the primosale cheese and apple into thin slices and put on top of the salad.
Slice the almonds and add them to the bowl.
To make the citronette, whisk together the squeezed orange, Ponti Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I., extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Pour the citronette on top of the salad.
