Sear the tuna in a hot pan with oil for about 2 minutes.
Make the citronette with extra virgin olive oil, Ponti Dolceagro Mild Italian Condiment, salt, pepper and pistachios.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and season with oil, salt and pepper.
Serve the seared tuna with the citronette, cherry tomatoes and some fresh basil leaves.
