Boil the new potatoes with their skin in a big quantity of salted water.
Mash the potatoes.
Put the mashed potatoes in an olied mold, creating layers with the Zero Olio Grilled Peppers.
Put the timbale in oven at 200° for 15 minutes.
Serve it with some drops of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. Aged 3 years.
