Ponti innovatively combines cooked grape must and fine wine vinegar, then ages the blend in small oak barrels to deliver this incredible density, rich creaminess and unmistakable flavor.

Taste

Well balanced and persistenton the nose, with typical aromas and scents of cooked must. Full bodied and silky texture; harmonious sweet and sour taste with tamarind and plum jam undertones.

Advice

Ideal on grilled meats, aged cheeses, risotto dishes and vanilla ice cream. Perfect drizzle for braised meats or greens; fruit salads and even cocktails, sparkling wine or sparkling water.
