Ponti carefully marries high quality wine vinegar with precious cooked grape musts from 7 local grape varieties. The blend is then aged in oak, cherry and chestnut barriques over a long slow period for a product with exceptional bouquet and flavor.
Aromatic tannins with scents of sweet cherry and red fruit; Persistent flavor with notes of sweet vanilla, oak and red fruit.
