1 lb Mozzarella cheese
3 basil leaves

PREPARATION

Cut the tomatoes in slices as thick as you like. Do the same with the Mozzarella cheese.
Place on the dish the tomatoes and mozzarella slices alternatively.
Add the basil leaves to garnish.
