1 sirloin beef steak
1.5 oz of mixed salad
1.75 oz of cherry tomatoes
0.5 oz of Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O.
Ponti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to finish

Sirloin beef steak with Ponti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Ponti

PREPARATION

Add the sirloin beef steak on the grill and cook it for 3 minutes on each side.
Remove the sirloin steak from the grill and let it rest in a warm place for 5 minutes before slicing.
Cut slices about ¼ inch thick from the sirloin steak.
Serve them with a spalsh of Ponti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena on top.
For the Mixed salad.
Clean carefully the vegetables, cut the tomatoes in halves and cut thin slices of hard cheese.
Put the cheese and the vegetables in the dish and mix them.
Serve with some Ponti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena on top.
