Peel the broad beens and boil them in a big quantity of salted water.
Once ready, whisk the beens with a small part of the vegetable broth, salt & pepper, till you obtain a smooth cream.
Serve the Zero Olio Sun-Dried Tomatoes with the broad beens cream and flakes of matured pecorino cheese.
100g Fresh peeled broad beens
1dl Vegetable broth
80g Matured Pecorino cheese
